What if I need to cancel my appointment?

• If cancelled at least 48 hrs in advance your retainer will be ​applied to your rescheduled appt. If less than 48 hrs your ​retainer will be kept as a cancellation fee.
  

Do you offer complementary consultations?

• Yes. However there is a $50 refundable deposit to secure ​your date and time.
  

Do you include trials in your wedding services?

• Trials are included in our top packages for our booked ​wedding clients, however there is a small fee for drop in ​trials or those who have yet to book wedding services.
  

How do you accept payment?

• Retainers will be invoiced via email and we accept all major ​debit and credit card payments. Services must be paid in ​advance. See contract for all terms regarding wedding & ​event services
